Tuition Information
Tuition is paid in advance on the 15th day of the prior month. Any payment received after the 20th is considered late and will be charged an additional fee of $25 per day. If payment has not been made by the 25th a notice of default will be given and the child may lose his/her spot in the center. Delinquent accounts will be turned over to a collections company. We prefer electronic payment via Tuition Express. We charge a convenience fee of $25/month for check payments. A tuition box is located outside the main office for check payments. Any parents who need a written receipt should notify the directors via email. Fees for late pick up will appear on a monthly billing statement. No discount may be applied to late fees. The center understands that unforeseen emergency circumstances may occasionally prevent a parent from picking his/her child up on time. However, a minimum $15 fee will be charged for late pick-ups. Excessive late pick-ups may result in termination of enrollment. Our program budget is based on receiving full tuition from all children enrolled. Therefore, there are no refunds due to illness, school closures, vacations, closures due to inclement weather or power outages, holidays or staff illness. We do not refund any prepaid tuition. There is a $40 fee for returned check or insufficient electronic payments. There is a 60-day withdrawal notice required for all enrolled students

Step 3: application fee

Once you have completed this application, please submit application fee of $100 per child to via Venmo to @Nicole-Toalson or by check sent to the address listed below.

Upon receipt of the enrollment application and the application fee of $100 per child, your child(ren) will be added to our waiting list. The application fee is applied to the one-time registration fee of $325 per child. When a space becomes available, you will be contacted to discuss enrollment options. To secure a spot that has been offered, the balance of the registration fee and the first month’s tuition is due 60 days prior to the first day of your child’s attendance. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Enrollment forms and the family handbook will be forwarded to you after a spot has been secured. Due to state regulations, all forms must be completed and returned to the school on or before the first day of your child’s attendance
